Summary
We built a custom B2B platform for NEX that replaced a manual commercial operation — phone orders, email catalogs, spreadsheet pricing — with a digital channel connecting distributors and points of sale to NEX's commercial infrastructure in real time, with full ERP integration.
Screens
Data shown is anonymized.

Search
The home screen keeps to the essentials: search by size, brand or EAN, plus recent searches. Promotional banners move to their own section.

Cart
Lines with editable quantities, eco-fee and VAT broken down, and the Monex balance the order earns.

One-page checkout
Address, delivery, payment and order reference on a single page, with the summary always in view.
The problem
NEX's entire commercial relationship with its distribution network was manual. Orders by phone, pricing communicated through static documents, and zero visibility on order status without calling the operations team directly.
- Order process entirely by phone and email — slow, error-prone and impossible to scale.
- No real-time visibility on stock or pricing for distributors and points of sale.
- Manual catalog management that was always slightly out of date.
- High administrative load on the operations team handling every order intake.
- No traceability on order history, delivery status or commercial performance.
Objective
- Self-service order portal for the distributor and POS network.
- Real-time catalog with account-specific pricing and availability rules.
- ERP integration for order processing and stock synchronization.
- Internal operations dashboard for the NEX commercial team.
- Full order history and status tracking for all connected accounts.
Approach
A purpose-built B2B web application, tightly integrated with NEX's ERP. Not an off-the-shelf e-commerce solution — the commercial logic, pricing rules and account hierarchy were too specific for a generic platform to handle without breaking.
What we built
Distributor portal
Self-service ordering with account-specific pricing, promotions and real-time availability. Multi-user access with role management per account.
Product catalog
Real-time catalog synced with the ERP, with search, filtering and order-specific pricing logic. Always current, always accurate.
ERP integration
Bidirectional sync with the ERP — orders flow in, stock and pricing flow out. Near-real-time processing with error handling and retry logic.
Operations dashboard
Internal view for the NEX commercial team: order volume, client activity, fulfillment status and pipeline metrics in one place.

- Real-time catalog and account-specific pricing for the entire distributor network.
- Significant reduction in administrative load on the operations team.
- Complete order history and traceability where there was none before.
Adoption metrics reflect the initial rollout period. Full network onboarding was ongoing at time of project handover.
