About Cyberdelia
A boutique software factoryfor complex problems.
Since 2007, we've been building software for companies with problems that don't come with a playbook.
B2B platforms, digital products, R&D, AI applied to real processes, complex integrations and engineering teams built from scratch.
We work best where technology matters, the problem is genuinely difficult, and an off-the-shelf solution isn't enough.

When we're useful
What clients bring us in for.
Usually, there isn't a neat brief.
There's a product that doesn't exist yet, a platform that has become critical, a process nobody has properly automated or a system that has grown more complicated than the business can comfortably manage.
That's normally where we come in.
- [ new-product ]
A product that doesn't exist yet
From concept and prototype to production software.
We help turn uncertain ideas into something people can actually use, test and evolve.
- [ critical-platform ]
A business-critical platform
Software that has grown over time and now sits in the middle of real operations.
We redesign, extend, integrate and modernise it without pretending everything needs to be rebuilt from zero.
- [ automation ]
A process nobody has properly automated
Manual workflows, disconnected systems, spreadsheets, operational bottlenecks or information that lives in too many places.
We turn them into software.
- [ integrations ]
Complex integrations
ERP, CRM, ecommerce, logistics, APIs, legacy applications, third-party platforms or systems that were never designed to speak to one another.
We make them work together.
- [ applied-ai ]
AI applied to a real problem
Prediction, classification, optimisation, automation, search or decision support.
We use AI when it improves the system — not because the project needs an AI label.
- [ senior-team ]
A team that needs senior engineering
Sometimes the problem isn't just the software.
We can reinforce or build technical teams around a product, project or transformation.
How we work
Small team. Serious engineering.
We've deliberately stayed boutique. It keeps senior people close to the work, decisions fast and accountability very difficult to hide from.
Fewer slides, more software.
We think before we build. Architecture, product decisions and technical strategy matter.
But we don't stop at recommendations. When there's a real technical problem, we want to get inside it and build the solution.
Our work ultimately has to run.
Hard projects, on purpose.
We're drawn to problems without an obvious answer: new products, legacy systems that need to evolve, complex B2B platforms, integrations across multiple systems, R&D initiatives and processes that have never been digitised properly.
Sometimes the challenge is inventing something new. Sometimes it's making something complicated finally work.
Boutique, not agency.
The people discussing the problem are the people responsible for solving it.
There is no hand-off from a sales team to a completely different delivery team. Senior people stay close to the architecture, the product decisions and the code.
Long-term relationships.
Some projects start with a prototype. Others begin with one difficult integration. The best relationships tend to grow from there.
We prefer becoming useful over becoming indispensable, but several clients have kept working with us for many years.
Selected experience
Experience built inside real businesses.
We've worked across very different industries, but the pattern is surprisingly consistent: complex businesses, custom technology and problems where context matters as much as code.
Puig
More than fifteen years working across digital and technology initiatives in an international beauty and fragrance environment.
Long-term collaboration across evolving technologies, products and business needs.
Revlon Professional
Years of experience building technology in the professional beauty ecosystem.
Digital platforms and software in a business connecting brands, professionals, products and international markets.
EuroLeague Basketball
Digital products and data-driven systems within a major international sports organisation.
Technology built around live competition, data and fan-facing experiences.
Industries
Different industries. Similar complexity.
We don't specialise by repeating the same product for different clients. We specialise in learning businesses quickly and solving difficult technical problems inside them.

Technology
Technology follows the problem.
We're deliberately technology-agnostic. We have preferences, experience and opinions, but no commercial reason to force every problem into the same stack. We use the technologies that make sense for the product, the team and the life the software will have after launch.
