Context
Refurbishments and interior design across the group's hotels involve several departments and external studios. Hotel Design Center brings them into one tool: each project with its delivery schedule, pre-renders and renders, comments from every party and a shared interior design catalogue.
What we built
Home per profile
Each department lands on its own work: latest refurbishment projects, interior design in progress with pre-render and render dates, notifications and messages with studios.
Project with delivery schedule
Briefing, moodboard, pre-render, render and works on a timeline, with studio, owner, budget and status always in view.
Render review with comments
Pre-render versions are uploaded to the project and discussed next to the image, between marketing, architecture and the studio.
Interior design catalogue
The group's furniture, lighting, finishes, bathroom and textiles, filterable by hotel brand, room type, material and supplier, with the hotels where each item is already used.
Messaging with studios
Conversations with each external studio and alerts for upcoming deliveries, without leaving the tool.
